A boom barrier is the simplest way to control which vehicles enter or leave a site, and Resco fits them at car park entrances, staff entry points and factory gates, opening only when a valid ticket, card or vehicle credential is presented. On their own, barriers give a site a clear, physical point of control without the cost of a full ticketing or guidance deployment.
Where a car park also needs ticketing or occupancy guidance, Resco specifies the barrier as part of that wider system rather than as a separate product, so the same credential or ticket opens the barrier and is logged by the rest of the system. For higher-security vehicle entry points, such as bank or government sites, Resco also offers road blockers with tyre killers as a heavier alternative to a standard barrier.
