Overview
Installed and tested against the drawings, not just fitted
Installation follows the drawings, wiring diagrams and functional descriptions produced during design and engineering, so equipment is placed, cabled and configured to match what was approved rather than adjusted on site as an afterthought. Commissioning then tests each system against that same design, confirming devices, network connections and integrations behave as intended before a project is handed over.
Where a project brings together multiple systems, such as CCTV linked to access control or fire alarm integrated with HVAC, integration is tested as part of commissioning, so the connections between systems are verified, not assumed to work because each system passed on its own.
