Most attendance problems are not device problems. A terminal at a single office is straightforward; the difficulty starts when an organisation has dozens or thousands of locations, each enrolling its own staff, each producing its own file, and payroll having to reconcile them at the end of the month.
BAMS — Resco's Biometric Attendance Management System — was built for that situation. Attendance from every connected terminal reaches one central system, so HR and payroll work from a single set of records rather than chasing branches for spreadsheets.
It is the software behind some of our largest deployments, including Habib Bank Limited, where Resco runs biometric attendance across more than 2,250 branches alongside canteen management and access control, as well as National Foods, Samsons and Adamjee Insurance.

A biometric credential cannot be passed to a colleague the way a card or PIN can, which is the main reason organisations move to biometric attendance. Enrolment quality matters, so we train the team that enrols staff.
We can survey an existing installation and propose a maintenance arrangement or a migration path. Where devices are unsupported or end of life, we will say so rather than maintain something that cannot be kept running.
