Keeping installed systems tested, serviced and working
A commissioned system still needs testing and servicing over time, whether that is a CCTV network, an access control database, a fire alarm panel or a BMS platform. Resco's annual maintenance contracts cover the ongoing testing and servicing of installed systems, so faults are found and corrected as part of a scheduled programme rather than only when something visibly stops working.
Where a site needs it, Resco also offers optional 24/7 maintenance services, alongside on-site system operation and O&M programmes with trained operators deployed to run a system day to day. These are configured to the client's own operational requirements rather than a fixed package.
