How Resco handles tenders and site surveys
For a formal tender, Resco reviews the specification and BOQ, raises clarification questions where the brief is incomplete, and prepares a technical and commercial proposal against the stated requirements and standards. Where a site survey is needed to confirm quantities, cable routes or existing infrastructure, Resco arranges this directly with the consultant, contractor or facility team, ahead of finalising the proposal.
Resco's security assessment, design and engineering, and project management services support this process for larger or multi-discipline tenders, alongside the installation, commissioning and maintenance teams that carry the project through to handover.
