Resco has designed, installed and integrated building systems for banks, hospitals, offices, malls, factories, government buildings, schools and residential and hospitality sites across Pakistan since 1990.
Sectors
Different buildings carry different risks, regulations and operating hours.
Branch networks, cash areas, head offices and data centres.
Nurse call, fire safety and access control for hospitals.
Lobbies, tenant floors and plant rooms in corporate towers.
CCTV, parking and building management for malls and stores.
Perimeter security and plant control for factories and ports.
Controlled entrances and command centres for institutions.
Turnstiles, attendance and CCTV for campuses and schools.
Access, automation and life safety for hotels and residences.
Overview
No two sites use a building the same way, so Resco does not sell a standard specification to every client. A bank branch, a hospital ward, a shopping mall and a production plant each have a different mix of security, fire and life safety, building management and communication needs, and Resco's design work starts from how a specific building type is actually operated day to day.
Because Resco delivers security, fire and life safety, building management automation and connectivity as one integrator, systems installed for a given sector are designed to work together from the outset. Access control for a bank branch, nurse call for a hospital ward or a video wall for a mall control room is planned alongside the rest of the site's systems rather than added on afterwards.
Why sector experience matters
Working across these sectors since 1990 shapes how Resco approaches a new project, whatever industry it is in.

Yes. Whatever the sector, Resco designs security, fire and life safety, building management and communication systems to work together where useful, such as CCTV verification of a fire alarm or access control linked to HVAC.
Projects typically begin with a security assessment and site survey, followed by design and engineering, before moving into project management, installation, commissioning and, where required, ongoing maintenance and support.
Ask Resco how its systems are typically configured for your type of building in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan.
