Overview
A building system is only as good as the process behind it. Resco follows the same lifecycle on every project, whatever the sector or scale: security assessment, design and engineering, project management, installation and commissioning, training, and ongoing maintenance and support. Each stage is documented, so a facilities team inherits drawings and records it can actually use.
This lifecycle applies whether Resco is delivering CCTV for a single building, a multi-site BMS rollout, or a security system integrated with fire and life safety and building automation. The services below can be engaged individually, such as a stand-alone security assessment, or as a continuous programme from design through to long-term maintenance.
