Outdoor temperature and humidity
Live readings used to adjust HVAC set points and outside air intake.

Resco supplies and installs weather station systems in Pakistan that measure outside air temperature, humidity, rainfall and wind, feeding that data into a Honeywell-based building management system.
Overview
A weather station gives a building management system live data on outside conditions rather than relying on fixed schedules alone. Resco installs weather stations that measure outside air temperature, humidity, rain intensity, total rainfall, wind speed and wind direction, and feeds that data into the Honeywell Building Manager platform so HVAC, lighting and other systems can respond to it.
This is most useful where outdoor conditions change how a building should be run through the day, such as pre-cooling ahead of peak heat, adjusting outside air intake during humid or wet weather, or closing external shading and vents ahead of high wind. Resco scopes weather station placement and the parameters measured to what the building's control strategy actually needs.

Capabilities
Scope is set by the building's control strategy and how many of the measured parameters are actually needed.
Live readings used to adjust HVAC set points and outside air intake.
Rain intensity and total rainfall data, useful for drainage monitoring and outdoor equipment control.
Wind data used to inform shading, vent and outdoor equipment control decisions.
Weather data fed directly into the Honeywell Building Manager platform alongside HVAC and lighting.

Integration
A weather station on its own is a set of readings; Resco connects it into the systems that need to act on them.

Across Pakistan
Resco delivers weather station projects from its head office in Karachi and regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad.
Resco's Karachi head office supports weather station installations on high-rise commercial towers, where humidity and wind data inform HVAC and shading decisions, as well as industrial sites across SITE, Korangi and Port Qasim, where outdoor readings matter for site operations.
1st Floor, Fasih Villas, Block-4,From the Gulberg regional office, Resco installs weather stations for commercial buildings and industrial estates around Lahore, where rainfall and temperature data are commonly fed into HVAC control during the monsoon and summer months.
Leeds Plaza, Main Boulevard,The Blue Area regional office covers weather station installation for government and institutional buildings in Islamabad's sectors, extending to Rawalpindi, where local outdoor readings are used alongside a building's HVAC control strategy.
M-7, M. Gulistan Khan House 82-E,It measures outside air temperature, humidity, rain intensity, total rainfall, wind speed and wind direction, and feeds this data into the Honeywell Building Manager platform so HVAC and other systems can respond to changing outdoor conditions.
A weather station is most useful when connected into a building management system, since the data is used to adjust HVAC set points, lighting schedules or shading control rather than being viewed on its own.
In most cases, yes. Resco assesses the existing BMS platform and control logic to determine how weather data can be brought in and used in HVAC or lighting decisions.
Cost depends on the number of parameters measured, sensor placement and mounting requirements, and how much integration with the wider BMS control logic is needed. Resco prices projects after a site assessment.
Yes. Resco has regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad in addition to its Karachi head office, and installs weather station systems for clients across Pakistan.
