Call points and ceiling pulls
Bedside call points and ceiling pull cords for patients and residents to raise an alarm from a bed, chair or bathroom.

Resco designs, installs and supports nurse call systems for hospital wards, clinics and care facilities across Pakistan, tailored to day and night working and integrated with the wider hospital security and building systems.
Overview
A nurse call system lets a patient, resident or member of staff raise an alarm from a bed, ward, bathroom or clinical area, and routes that alarm to the right member of staff. Resco tailors each installation to day and night operating modes, with call-divert so that alerts reach an on-call nurse or ward station outside normal working hours.
Every nurse call system Resco installs supports four call levels, so routine assistance calls, urgent calls and emergency calls are distinguished at the point they are raised, with an optional infrared staff attack function for personal safety in clinical areas. The system logs every call and monitors its own network devices, so faults are reported rather than discovered during an emergency.

Components
Resco specifies the device mix ward by ward, depending on the clinical use of the space.
Bedside call points and ceiling pull cords for patients and residents to raise an alarm from a bed, chair or bathroom.
Displays outside wards and at nurse stations show where a call has been raised and at what level, so staff can prioritise.
Audible sounders alert staff on the ward, while neck pendants give mobile residents or vulnerable patients a portable call device.
An optional infrared transmitter lets staff in clinical or isolated areas raise a personal alarm discreetly.
Every call, response and system event is logged, supporting clinical governance and post-incident review.
The system monitors its own call points, displays and sounders across the network and reports faults automatically.
Integration
Resco designs nurse call as part of a hospital's wider systems, not as an isolated network.
