Resco has been an intelligent building systems integration company in Pakistan since 1990, with its head office in Karachi and regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad. Between the three offices, Resco runs security, fire and life safety, building management and automation, communication, connectivity, audio-visual and parking projects for clients across the country.
Each office is staffed to run projects locally rather than send teams long distances for routine work, while design, engineering and larger or multi-site projects are coordinated across the three locations. Resco's training facility, used for standard operation training, is based at the Karachi head office, alongside site-specific training arranged wherever a system is installed.

Projects outside the three office cities
Resco's three offices also support projects outside Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Site surveys, installation and commissioning teams travel to the client's location as needed, while design, engineering, project management and ongoing support continue to be coordinated from whichever office is closest to the site.
Where to start depends on the region: sites closer to Karachi and the southern coast are generally coordinated from the head office, sites in central and northern Punjab from the Lahore office, and sites in the north or along the Islamabad-Rawalpindi corridor from the Islamabad office.
